FAQs

Common questions

Will putting up scaffolding be noisy or disruptive?

Erecting scaffolding is assembly, not demolition — there’s no jackhammering or cutting into your home. Most residential jobs go up in a fraction of the time the actual trade work above it takes.

How long will the scaffolding stay up?

Scaffold is scheduled around the trade work it’s supporting, so it comes down once that work is signed off. In other words, it’s priced and planned as a defined job, not an open-ended hire.

Will it block my driveway, bins or access to the house?

Your day-to-day access — driveway, bins, side gate and so on — is part of our on-site assessment before we finalise the scaffold design. That means we plan around it upfront, rather than working around it after it’s already up.

What does residential scaffolding cost — will there be any surprises?

We price against your actual plans or site details, not a generic day rate. As a result, you get a clear, scope-based quote upfront rather than a number that grows once the job starts.

Will my garden or outdoor areas be left in a mess?

We’re mindful of garden beds, paving and outdoor areas throughout the job. Once we dismantle, all scaffolding materials, packaging and offcuts are removed too.
